DICK’S — Night at The Fulfillment Center

The first year worked so well they wanted to do it again. But this time show off their cutting edge technology in their fulfillment centers. So we crafted a sequel that had the products jailbreaking to gift themselves to a child.

And we paired it with a big commitment, just like the characters in the film, we would also give 10,000 gifts of sport to kids across the country. Because Dick’s believes sports make people better.

Extending the campaign in-store

We again used our gang of characters from the film for in-store signage.

Stop motion products go TikTok

We wanted to up the ante for our 2nd round. So for year 2 our additional stop motion animations took on social dances found on TikTok to give them some fresh relevance. These were used in social and digital. 💯

Our 10,000 gift commitment

The campaign didn’t end there. We still needed a way to give away 10,000 gifts to kids to fulfill our commitment. So we created a giving truck and took it on a tour of the Eastern and Southern US giving gifts of sports to kids in need. We launched the tour with a documentary about Ms Lorraine of Co-Op City Tennis and surprised her and her kids with gifts and a donation.

You can see that work here.
