DICK’S — Play With Pride

This is a special one to me because it’s about inclusivity. Because of our efforts to be more inclusive, DICK’S agreed to their first ever Pride campaign. We started with $0, but kudos to them and the power of the idea, they went back and found $500k to make this happen.

The idea was simple, have current and former athletes hand write letters to their younger selves [and queer youth at large] to encourage them to #playwithpride. And we struck a partnership with GLSEN to help provide resources for allyship with the goal to help all queer young athletes feel more comfortable and accepted playing sport.

We also featured DICK’S employees who were inspired to participate by writing their own letters alongside the athletes.
